Heather Young graduated with high distinction from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2007. Professionally, she is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on the Board of the local chapter of the American Red Cross. Prior to joining the Serena Group in 2006 as the Corporate Controller/Human Resource Administrator, Heather was in public practice with a local CPA firm for 7 years.
