Thomas J. Boyer
Market Development Executive

Mr. Boyer has been involved in the development and operations of Twenty Five Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Centers the past seven years. Mr. Boyer has 25 years of experience in the development, marketing and operation leadership of managed health care programs, organizations and networks nationwide. He combines expertise in business development (sales, marketing, joint ventures, and acquisitions) with equally strong qualifications in strategic planning, business management and P&L management. He is an expert in provider relations and negotiations. He has built profitable business relationships with commercial insurance carriers, managed care group administrators, case managers, self-insured corporations, state Medicaid systems, hospital administrators, physicians, surgeons and other specialty medical care providers nationwide.

Mr. Boyer has held senior management positions in acute care and rehabilitative hospitals for both profit and non-profit venues. Most of his recent experience has been as a consultant for business development, management contracting and joint ventures from acute care to home health. Some of the consulting clients include Johns Hopkins Medical Center, Perot Systems, Beverly Enterprises, HCR Manor Care, Gentiva Health Care Systems, Continental Medical and Mental Health Networks. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Institution Residence Management from Pennsylvania State University.
